How the model works
A business incubator in Poland lets you work legally with your own clients without registering a sole proprietorship (JDG). The main arrangements at Łatwy Start are an umowa o dzieło and an umowa zlecenia, both civil-law contracts.
Łatwy Start signs a B2B agreement with the client, for whom the incubator resident is the contractor. We issue invoices, handle accounting and settlements, pay taxes, and transfer the resident’s payment after deductions.
The resident enters into a civil-law contract. Functionally, this is an umbrella/EOR-like model: a legal entity handles the contractual, settlement and administrative work.
For Polish citizens and foreign nationals
Polish citizens can use the service and are one of our priority groups. They do not need a work permit.
For foreign nationals, whether a permit is needed and which type applies depends on citizenship and status. The documents and verified income may be used in the legalisation process.
An umowa o dzieło does not itself include ZUS contributions. In some cases, an additional umowa zlecenia is used — for example, when a resident needs ZUS coverage for themselves or their family.

Once approved, your account will show your personal link, a visible referral code and aggregated statistics.
Earn reward credits
When a referred client signs an agreement and becomes an active resident, 50 zł gross is credited for each active month.
Reward
An active month is a calendar month in which a correctly attributed referred resident has a valid agreement and uses the incubator’s services. Reward credits stop during a pause and resume when the resident becomes active again.
An external partner receives a cash payout once their balance reaches 500 zł. A sole trader or company issues an invoice; for an individual, the payment process depends on tax status.
One programme — two payment methods
If the partner is also an active resident, the reward reduces the deductions from their monthly payment; any excess is paid in cash.
If the partner’s status changes, referred clients and the accumulated balance remain assigned to the partner. There is no one-off bonus for registration or an application.

Disclose partner content
Clearly label public content as advertising or partner content, at the beginning and in the language of the publication. Also use the platform’s paid-partnership label when available.
Do not guarantee results
Do not promise immigration legalisation, a residence permit, a job, income or tax benefits. You may share your own experience and verified facts from the media kit.
Speak in your own name
Speak in your own name: you are a Łatwy Start partner, not an employee or official representative.
How to label public content
The label must be visible, unambiguous, placed at the beginning and written in the language of the publication.
Use two levels of disclosure
Add your own clear disclosure and use the platform’s paid-partnership feature when available.
What does not count as sufficient disclosure
- a tag hidden at the end of a long list of hashtags;
- vague labels such as “sp”, “współpr.” or “dzięki” that do not make the advertising nature clear;
- voice-only disclosure without a text label, or text-only disclosure where the platform provides its own paid-partnership label.

Who can become a partner?
A blogger, publisher, marketer, influencer or active incubator resident, as well as a consultant, HR professional or agency that regularly helps people work and live in Poland.
How long is a referral-link visit remembered?
The referral-link marker is stored for 90 days when the user consents to marketing cookies. A visible referral code can also be entered in the form without cookies.
Can I refer several people at once?
Yes. Submit a separate application for each person through your link, or send the manager a list and your code. Each client enters into their own agreement.
What happens if a resident pauses their activity?
Reward credits stop during the pause. They resume when the resident becomes active again and uses the incubator’s services.
When does an external partner receive a payout?
